Incredibly easy, incredibly tasty!
1. Finely chop the garlic and red chili. Grate fresh ginger. Mix this with the pork and add the ketjap manis, then let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut onion, leek (or spring onions), bell pepper and the carrot in rings and cubes.
Boil the noodles according to the directions on the package.
2. Brown the meat in oil, 2-3 minutes on high heat. Remove meat from pan and set aside.
3. Then sauté the vegetables quickly. When they reach your desired level of doneness, mix in the meat and carefully add the noodles. If you want, add more ketjap manis, pepper or maybe salt to taste.
