So easy and so yummy. Great comfort food for those cold nights. Serve with a salad and rolls for a quick dinner.
Cook wild rice according to directions on package. While rice is cooking, brown the meat in a large pot over medium heat until cooked through and no longer pink. If using them, saute mushrooms in a small skillet over medium heat while the hamburger and rice are cooking. When rice is done, combine rice and cooked hamburger. Stir in both cans of soup and the mushrooms if using. If the casserole seems too thick, you can add some/all of the milk at this point to reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.
