Juicy grilled steak that’s topped with a delicious warm mango salsa! The perfect way to switch up the lunch routine
Salt and pepper each side of the steak and grill on medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
Meanwhile, peel and slice your mango into chunks. Puree half of the mango in a food processor.
Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and saute the onion and bell pepper with a pinch of salt and pepper. The peppers should start to char a little.
Remove the steaks from the grill and tent with foil. Drizzle olive oil over bread and grill on each side.
Turn the pepper/onion mixture down to medium-low and add the sliced mangoes and the puree. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add chopped cilantro and toss together.
Put together the sandwich (bread, sliced steak, topped with salsa and another piece of bread) and enjoy!
