This on-the-go meal is great for a crowd, but my kid’s love it as lunch or dinner as another variation to our Taco Night which could be tacos, taco salad, or walking tacos – or all 3!
Brown and drain ground beef and follow the instructions on the taco seasoning envelope.
Open Frito™ bags and just add the taco meat and cheese. You can eat it like that with a fork or open the bag further and scoop the taco fixings out with the chips.
Add lettuce and tomato, sour cream if desired.
If you are making this for a crowd, just spoon in the taco meat into the bag and add melted nacho cheese. This has been a hit for concession stands and other school functions.
Substitute soy sprinkles or roasted vegetables prepared with taco seasoning mix for your vegetarians.
This recipe is easy to double, triple and so forth as needed.

I remember these as a kid – we had them at youth devotionals, etc. So much fun to eat!
Great with chili, too. Thanks for bringing back a memory
