This dairy free tortilla pizza is a quick and easy lunch/dinner recipe.
Before you begin make sure to preheat the oven to 350 F. Next grab a sprouted grain tortilla, put it on a baking sheet and spread approximately 5 tablespoons of marinara or tomato basil sauce all over it. Sprinkle the Daiya, chopped zucchini, olives, basil and peppers over the sauce. Let the pizza bake in the oven until the Daiya is melted, about 7-8 minutes (but make sure you keep an eye on it). Then remove it from the oven, slice and enjoy!
