Everything you want ribs to be: juicy, tender and spicy.
Brown ribs under broiler or boil in water for 30 minutes to remove excess fat.
Fry onion, garlic, green pepper for five minutes, add remaining ingredients and simmer another five minutes.
Bake ribs and sauce in a covered pan in a 300 degree oven for 2 hours, basting often.
I’ve had many a cook-off using this recipe and these ribs always win. Easy and delish.
