If you like pasta and love cheese, then this is for you!
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta to al dente.
Meanwhile, in a second pot, add the pasta sauce. Heat until bubbly. Add fresh spinach and mushrooms, heating until spinach begins to wilt, stirring occasionally. Once spinach has wilted and mushrooms are cooked a bit, add the cheeses to your pot. You can add it all at once or a little at a time, it works both ways! Heat until cheese melts and sauce is a gooey delight.
Serve immediately over the pasta and enjoy!
Change up the flavours by switching the types of prepared pasta sauce you use, or use homemade.
