A simple turkey burger that is just as tasty as a real burger. Havarti dill cheese, whole wheat buns, micro greens and a special sauce will step these burgers up.
Shape the turkey meat into 4 patties. Top each side of each patty with diced purple onion and green onions. Press them down into the patties and set them on a platter. Drizzle each patty evenly with Worcestershire and steak seasoning. Set aside.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients for the sauce, put it in the refrigerator and keep it cold until ready to eat.
Put patties onto the grill and cook them for about 7 minutes on each side until done. At about 2 minutes before pulling them off of the grill, add a slice of Havarti dill cheese to each patty and melt it over the burgers. When done, remove them from the grill.
Top the bottom half of each bun with sauce, burger, tomato, lettuce, onion, avocado, and micro greens. Then add the top bun and dive in.
Enjoy!

Made this tonight, but I’m not going to review it because I burnt my burgers! so who knows if it was good! Every time I try turkey burgers, they burn….may be my last try. I don’t like seeing my money go up in flames.
