This chili is healthy and doesn’t lack any flavour. You won’t miss the beef in this recipe.
In a large pot, add onions and meat, sprinkle with garlic powder, and cook until no longer pink. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer for about 20 minutes.
Makes 8-10 servings, depending on how big your portions are.
