A perfect change-up for leftover Thanksgiving sandwiches!
Spread cranberry sauce on each slice of raisin bread. Top 2 slices of bread with cheese, apple, turkey, onion, and sprouts. Add another slice of cheese to the whole shebang and finish with the remaining slices of bread.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray and place sandwiches on skillet. Let cook about 3 minutes per side, until crispy and browning with cheese melting. Flip over and cook for 3 minutes on other side.
Slice in half and enjoy with crunchy potato chips!
