Easy and healthy. Can go on a sandwich, salad, pasta, or anything for that matter!
1. Combine all ingredients (except oil) into one bowl, season to taste and mix very well.
2. Form into patties (I got 10 patties out of 3 cans, but it depends on how big you decide to make them).
3. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Place 4 patties in the oil and cook until they’re golden and slightly crispy. Flip patties and do the same for the other side.
4. Continue with the rest of the patties until finished.
Side note: Make sure to drain the tuna super well. When forming the patties, some more juice may come out. Just squeeze it out and continue forming the patties.
