Quick and easy tomato sauce for pasta.
Heat skillet to medium and pour can of diced tomatoes into a skillet (with juice), add crushed chilies, garlic, mushrooms, onion and peppers bring to boil.
Reduce heat to simmer, add fresh herbs and salt and pepper.
Allow to simmer about 10 to 15 mins to reduce liquid slightly.
Add herbs and spices as necessary to taste, during simmering.
Mix with pasta of any kind.
You can also add cooked chicken or any type of seafood.
