Description

A savory, delicious pot roast that tastes like you slaved over it all day.

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Seasonings
  • 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 envelope Brown Gravy Dry Mix
  • ½ cups Water
  • 1 whole Pot Roast (enough To Feed 4-6 People)

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together all of the packets of dry mixes. Place the roast in the slow cooker and cover in seasoning mixture. Pour in water and cover slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.

This will make the roast as well as the gravy. Delicious!!

CamRose: Yep, I do quite frequently. I usually cut the potatoes into smaller chunks and (if cooking on high) add them about 45 minutes before serving. We like our potatoes really soft though. :)
