I created this dish out of a deep love for hot tuna, avocado and melted cheese. I make up a batch of this at the beginning of the week and enjoy it all week long. My father does the exact same thing with his own version and I am just carrying on the tradition. Hope you and your family enjoy this as much as we do. BIG southern hugs to you!
Mix all the tuna salad ingredients together.
To serve, slice up whatever bread you have on hand (I used French bread, but you could use mini bagels). Put tuna salad on the bread, top with avocado slices and your favorite cheese, then place under broiler till bubbly. Enjoy!

Try using canned white chicken and add some red bell pepper and a little mayo in your salad. This a wonderful recipe and so very versatile because you can make as a hot sandwich or small appetizers. Thanks for sharing!!
