Description

Over-stuffed filled flour tortillas loaded with great flavors. This is a delicious wrap!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE WRAP:
  • 6 ounces, weight Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 pinches Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (for Grilling Chicken)
  • 2 whole 8 " Flour Tortilla (warmed)
  • 1 whole Onion, Sliced
  • 1 whole Red Ripe Tomato Sliced
  • 4 leaves Arugula, Rinsed
  • ⅓ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 dashes Your Favorite Hot Sauce (Tobasco, If Desired)

Preparation

Preheat grill or griddle pan (or a frying pan or skillet) to medium heat.

On a clean work surface (and with clean hands) cut chicken breasts in large strips (2-3″ long) add them into a plate or bowl. Add black pepper and cumin and coat the chicken strips. Add butter to the grill/griddle pan and place coated chicken strips on grill and cook 7-8 minutes flipping halfway through to evenly grill.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, or if desired place on a hot grill for a minute or two.

For the dressing: In a small bowl add sour cream, mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard and hot sauce. Stir well.

To assemble the wraps: Onto 2 plates place a warmed tortilla and add a nice portion of dressing spreading with a butter knife to coat the inside of each tortilla. Spread cheese over the surface, add sliced onion (2 slices), sliced tomato (2 slices) add arugula leaves. Then add several grilled chicken strips on top. Fold the top of the tortilla over (inward) and then fold the bottom (inward) then roll it twice. Place it on the plate seam side down. Cut in half and enjoy!
