A quick, protein-packed sandwhich for those times that the man in your life is HANGRY.
Season the chicken breasts with seasoned salt and either grill or pan-fry it in nonstick spray. Make sure the chicken breasts are thinly sliced so they only take a few minutes to cook, about 5 to 6 minutes, I’d say. Toast the whole wheat bun.
Layer onions and cheese between 2 chicken breasts and place on the whole wheat bun. Top with barbecue sauce and ranch dressing.
