Melt-in-your-mouth good.
Remove the membrane from the back of the rack of ribs (as best you can).
Place the rack in the middle of a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with seasonings (your favorite) and then sprinkle two or three teaspoons of liquid smoke on the meaty side of the ribs. Wrap tightly in foil, place on a baking sheet, and cook in a slow oven (250 to 300 degrees) for 3 or 4 hours. Ribs are ready when they are fork-falling-off-the-bone-tender. Serve as they are, or with your favorite BBQ sauce.
