A delicious reminder of Thankgiving dishes, all in one pie crust parcel! This can be made from Thanksgiving leftovers, or specially prepared for this dish!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In an 8×8″ casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray, lay out one pie crust. Spread leftover mashed potatoes over the bottom. Top with leftover turkey, stuffing, green beans, etc. Whatever floats your boat (and ‘goes well’ with Thanksgiving)! Pour gravy over everything.
Top with second pie crust, pinch edges to seal, and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes, until crust is golden. Serve with cranberry sauce!
