This isn’t a pizza we make very often, but when we do, I always wonder why I don’t make it more often. It is a good change of pace from our usual pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Plus, it is a good way to incorporate some vegetables and protein.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Roll out the pizza dough into a thin circle. Spread the peanut sauce on the crust. Top with chicken, carrots, bean sprouts and mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 11-13 minutes. Slice and serve.
