Description

This isn’t a pizza we make very often, but when we do, I always wonder why I don’t make it more often. It is a good change of pace from our usual pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Plus, it is a good way to incorporate some vegetables and protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Batch Of Pizza Dough, Pre-made Or From Scratch, Enough For 1 Large Pizza
  • 1 cup Peanut Sauce (store Bought, I Use Archer Farms - From Target))
  • 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
  • ½ cups Shredded Carrots
  • ½ cups Bean Sprouts
  • 1-½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Roll out the pizza dough into a thin circle. Spread the peanut sauce on the crust. Top with chicken, carrots, bean sprouts and mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 11-13 minutes. Slice and serve.
