The usual hamburger plays dress up!
In small bowl mix together the mayo, cilantro, curry paste and Sriracha. Place the thawed beef in a large bowl, then add the mayo mixture to the beef and mix together well.
Form the ground beef into 6 evenly sized patties, place on a plate, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Empty the pre-chopped cabbage/slaw into a large bowl. Add the chopped green onions and mango and put bowl in the fridge.
In a small bowl mix together the sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, rice wine vinegar, garlic powder, soy sauce, black pepper, peanut butter and lime juice. Set aside until just before serving. You don’t want to dress it too early and let the slaw to get too soggy beforehand.
Preheat your grill to medium heat. When it’s hot add the burgers and cook the burgers for about 4 minutes a side (if you made slider sized) or until cooked to your liking. The burgers have a more meatloaf like texture, so you may need to flip them very gently or cook on a grill tray. Just be gentle and they should hold together fine. Remove the burgers from the grill and let them rest for a minute or two.
Build your burger bun placing a patty on the bottom half of a bun. Top with the slaw and the top bun and enjoy! A little ketchup is yummy too.
