The ultimate comfort food!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 casserole pan.
Place frozen tater tots in bottom of pan. Sprinkle beef over tater tots. In a bowl, mix sour cream, cheese and soups. Pour over beef. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Feel free to substitute. I have used frozen hashbrowns when I didn’t have any tots. I have used cream of chicken instead of mushroom. I have also substituted for the cream of celery but thought it didn’t taste as good.

Just made this recipe as written, the family is waiting for it to bake. It looks wonderful and smells incrediable. I will let you know how they liked it.

Really enjoyed this dish…The only thing I did different was added onions with the ground beef as it browned…But I’m an onion girl…they have to be in almost everything.
