A non-traditional, slightly sweet, vegetarian pizza.
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Combine the sweet potato, spices, vanilla, and honey.
Thinly slice both the plums and brie cheese.
Roll out the pizza dough, and bake it for 5 to 8 minutes, until slightly browned and mostly cooked. Remove from oven.
Spread the sweet potato mixture on the pizza crust; top with plum slices. Lay the brie cheese slices on top of the plums. Bake the pizza until the cheese is melted; 8 to 10 minutes. Add craisins and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
