A light, healthy, and tasty wrap with a key ingredient: ginger.
Warm tortilla slightly in the microwave or in a frying pan over medium heat. Transfer warm tortilla to a plate and spread on olive oil. Using a garlic crusher or other device, mince the ginger and spread around on tortilla. Layer on the meat, cheese, and pepper. Wrap up and enjoy!
Note- if fresh cooked turkey or chicken is used instead of deli meat, it may be appropriate to use more olive oil and ginger to balance out moisture and flavor.
