Sweet Pepper Cajun Chicken Wraps
Description
These are an easy weeknight supper. The sweet peppers, spicy cajun and herb cream cheese are the perfect combination.
Ingredients
- ½ whole Red Onion, Cut Into Thin Strips
- 2 whole Sweet Peppers(red, Orange, Yellow) Cut Into Thin Strips
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, But Into Thin Strips
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
- 1-½ Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- 4 whole Flour Tortillas
- Herb And Garlic Cream Cheese
Preparation
Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and chicken. Cook about 7 minutes, until chicken is browned, and onions are tender. Add peppers, red pepper flakes and cajun seasoning. Cook about 5 minutes, until peppers are tender. Serve on tortillas spread with herb and garlic cream cheese.
Note: When I make this, I will do some in a separate skillet with no onion, no red pepper flake, and little cajun, for the kids.
