Pineapple takes center stage in this spicy grilled ham and cheese!
Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
Butter the top and bottom of each bun with butter. Place 4 roll bottoms, buttered side down onto the grill pan. Top each with a slice of cheese, ham, pineapple and 1/4 of the Sambal Oelek and mayo then add the top bun. Grill sandwich for 1-2 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
