A can’t-miss recipe for kids, this chicken dish cleverly includes vegetables right inside, making it a true all-in-one dinner.
In a lightly sprayed large skillet, brown chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Drain fat, if necessary, and add rice, water, and tomatoes.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes or until chicken and rice are done. Add additional water during cooking, if needed.
Add green beans and Velveeta. Cover, turn off heat. Let sit on the burner for 5 minutes as cheese melts. Stir and serve.
