Description

Sausage and zuchinni on a pizza. A perfect match!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Italian Sausage, Casing Removed
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Zuchinni Slices
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
  • ⅓ cups Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
  • 1 whole 12-inch Pre-made Thin Pizza Crust
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Preparation

Cook and crumble the sausage in oil in a pan over medium heat until browned. Transfer sausage to a plate and set aside.

In same pan, add the zuchinni slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Spread your pesto evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the cheese, sausage, and zuchinni on top of pesto. Add the crushed red pepper flakes at the end.

Bake in a 400ºF oven for 10 minutes.
