This is a delicious pasta dish using the fresh shrimp that I’ve been eating since my high schools days. Always a hit and the leftovers are great, too.
Cook spaghetti and set aside.
In skillet, heat butter, olive oil, wine and garlic over medium high heat. Add shrimp and cook until they are completely pink in color. Pour mixture over pasta that was set aside in a bowl and add fresh dill and grated parmesan cheese. Toss until the shrimp mixture, pasta and cheese are mixed throughout the bowl. You may want to add extra cheese or dill. Salt to taste and that is it. It is very quick to cook. You can omit the wine and add just a little more olive oil or shrimp stock.
