This pizza is easy but fancy, topped with summer fruits, goat cheese, and a cilantro pesto.
1. In a food processor, prepare the pesto by blending cilantro, olive oil, Parmesan and lemon juice.
2. Spread pesto on pizza crust.
3. Top with fruit and goat cheese.
4. Cook according to pizza dough directions (approximately 8-10 minutes at 350°F).
