Chicken in creamy sauce with topped with crunchy stuffing.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Make the stuffing according to the box (you’ll typically need water and oil, as directed in mix package), using directions for 4 servings.
In a small bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until creamy. Place the chicken in a baking dish, cover with soup mixture, and top with stuffing. Bake chicken about 30 minutes, until cooked through.

My mother makes this all the time, she adds a slice of swiss cheese on top of the chicken before she addes the other ingredients. It is very delicious and so easy! Thanks for sharing.
