Quick, easy, yummy.
Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper till tender.
Add beef, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt and salt and pepper. Cook til beef is just brown.
Add stewed tomatoes, bouillon, mushrooms and 3 cups of water.
Simmer covered, stirring often for about 1/2 hour, then add noodles. Cook about 10 mins. uncovered. Stir often.
If you need to thicken sauce, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch to 6 tablespoons cold water and stir til thickened.
Serve with biscuits or french bread.
