These marinated steak and cheese quesadillas get the extra-special treatment with a side of barbecued black beans. You can scoop the beans on top of the quesadillas, or serve them on the side for dipping.
1. Combine lime juice, soy sauce, 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, and garlic. Pour over steak. Let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
2. Grill until steak is cooked to medium, about 15 minutes. Let steak rest about 5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, add beans to small saucepan over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Let simmer about 10 minutes, or until beans are slightly thickened.
4. Cut steak in small, thin pieces. Add steak to half the tortilla and top with cheese. Fold empty side of tortilla over.
5. Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook the quesadilla on both sides until toasted.
6. Cut each quesadilla in four wedges and serve with black beans.

Because I tend to be a scatterbrain I neglected to purchase the torrillas! I just printed the recipe & shot off to the grocery
Sometimes I wonder about myself
After the 2nd trip to the store everyone sat down to this delicious meal. Not being a meat eater myself, I made a few small changes & opted for just the beans over rice. VERY tasty!

I made the beans last night and just ate them with rice in a lettuce wrap. They were so yummy.
