Tender and spicy, these Sriracha Beef Skewers are perfect for your summer BBQ.
Combine Sriracha, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, ginger, garlic powder and sesame oil together in a resealable plastic bag or bowl. Add the cut top sirloin. Seal the bag and shake or toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
When ready to grill, grease your grill grates then preheat your grill to medium high heat. Remove beef from the marinade and skewer 3-4 pieces of beef on each skewer, placing a piece of green onion between each cut of beef.
Grill over medium high heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
