This Spinach and Feta Tortellini is fresh, flavorful, and ready in less than 30 minutes!
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain, toss with a touch of olive oil, and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and tomatoes, saute until spinach is wilted and tomatoes start to blister.
Turn heat to low, add cooked tortellini and sauce. Stir until combined and heat over low until warmed.
Remove from heat. Add feta cheese and stir to combine. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
