A fried chicken recipe I made up on the fly one night, and it turned out to be great!
Trim the fat off the chicken.
Combine all dry ingredients into one bowl and mix them up.
Put the buttermilk in another bowl.
Put the cooking oil (enough for about 1/4 inch in bottom of pan) in your skillet and start warming it up.
Dredge the chicken through the buttermilk and then through the dry ingredients.
Place chicken in hot oil in skillet, turn to other side after 2-3 minutes or when one side is brown.
Remove from oil when brown on both sides, drain on paper towel. Serve as you wish!
