Very similar to P.F. Chang’s spicy chicken. I’ll definitely make again, but probably will save for the weekend. It took me about an hour to prepare this – a little too long by my standards for a weeknight. Also, I think I’ll use my deep fryer for the chicken next time. I added about 1 T more Sriracha to make it a little more spicy.

This is my favorite main dish at PF Chang’s and I must say this replica is spot on!! So delicious! Thank you so much for sharing!

Before I try it , I’d like to know the chicken should be skinless or with skin ?

OMG….made this tonight for the first time and it was fabulous! My husband wanted to lick the plate. Only thing I differently is used jasmine rice and cooked it in coconut milk. SOOOO Good! This one goes on the favorites list.

This is wonderful. So many times I have tried chinese recipes and they all turn out tasting kind of the same, and very “homemade”. But this is truly restaraunt quality! Very, very good. This will be my new go to chinese make at home recipe. Thanks so much.
