This recipe has just the right amount of spice without being overpowering. I used the seasoning on the veggies too.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Put clean, dry fish on a rimmed baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil onto each piece of fish.
Combine all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon (.e. all of the spices) in a small bowl. Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of the seasoning onto each piece of fish and rub all over the top of the fish. Bake for about 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
