A sweet and spicy glazed drumstick that will have you wanting more… they are so good!
In a large pan, sprayed with cooking spray, brown chicken over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn chicken so that both sides are browned.
Add water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and sriracha hot sauce. Cook over high until the sauce boils. Reduce to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn chicken after 10 minutes.
Remove cover and bring heat to high. Boil 8 minutes until it is reduced. If mixture does not thicken, mix the cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water together and add it to the glaze.
Once thick, place drumsticks on serving platter and pour glaze over the chicken. Sprinkle on the scallions.

Yum, KungPao noodles sounds delish! I may have to try that since I normally only serve it with rice.

I’m making this for dinner tonight with a garlic dip to ease the spice (my husband likes a lot of hot sauce) and KungPao noodles. I’ll let you know how it turns out!
