This is an incredibly easy, tasty, and quick meal! I especially love to serve this with PW’s Buttery Thyme bread! Yummy!
Thank you to my Aunt Kay for this recipe.
Cook and drain spaghetti noodles to al dente.
Stir parmesan cheese, butter, and eggs into the spaghetti noodles. Make sure all noodles are coated evenly.
Form the noodle/egg/cheese mixture into a 9-by-12 inch casserole dish.
Spread a layer of Ricotta cheese over the noodles.
Brown the hamburger – drain; add spaghetti sauce to the hamburger.
Take hamburger mixture and spread over the ricotta and noodles.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Add shredded Mozzarella after 25 minutes, and return to oven for another 5 minutes. Cut into slices and enjoy!

Made for the family last night, very good. DH took for lunch today, kids wanted it in their lunch boxes today, so yeah plenty of leftovers for a family of 5. Thank you.

I made this dish tonight for my hubby and me. It smelled so good in the oven I couldn’t wait to dig in.
I made a few small modifications to the recipe to make it more like lasagna: sauteed some garlic and onions in with the meat, mixed one of the eggs and a little shredded mozz with the ricotta before spreading it over the pasta(so only two eggs- which I tempered w/ the hot pasta- mixed w/ the pasta, butter and parm)
It all turned out great and we have plenty of leftovers that I can’t wait to eat for lunch tomorrow!

Forgot to say…I took a picture of this if you would like to have it to add to the recipe. Can’t added since it’s not my recipe, but we can figure out a way to get it to you if you’re interested.

Made this last night for hubby and I and we loved. Easy and nice substitute if you’re craving lasagna and don’t have lasagna noodles on hand. Took some to my neighbors who were returning from out of town. They loved it too.
