Description

It’s a relaxed version of spaghetti and meatballs and it’s really quick to put together.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (16 Oz. Size) Pasta (Rigatoni, Pinwheels, Or Any Kind You Prefer)
  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine Or Butter, Divided
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Ketchup
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion, Or More As Desired (optional)

Preparation

First, take pasta and place into a large pot of water. Add 1 tablespoon margarine or butter and a pinch or two of salt. Boil until al dente.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining margarine or butter. Add the ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook beef thoroughly.

After the pasta has been cooked, strain and put into a bowl. Add cooked ground beef. Add ketchup and mix thoroughly. Make sure it coats all of the pasta and meat. If you would like, sauté chopped onion with a teaspoon of butter in a small saucepot or skillet. You can also add some hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the ketchup, just to add a little zip. But that’s completely up to you. When you’re ready, serve and enjoy!

This is a dish that I have found to be very convenient for my mom and I. It tastes great and it is so easy to pack and take to work with you. I hope that you’ll enjoy it and share it with friends.
