Description

Baking fish in parchment paper is a great method for cooking fish. It’s healthy, foolproof, moist, flavorful, and easy to clean up!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger, grated
  • 2 whole Fish Fillets
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Cut Into 1" Pieces

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare 2 pieces of parchment paper, cut into 14″ squares.

Combine soy sauce, sriracha, vegetable oil, garlic, cilantro, and ginger. Place fish fillets in the middle of their own parchment sheets, season each with salt, and then brush the soy sauce mixture generously over the fish. Throw sliced green onions into the packet. Fold over the parchment paper and roll up the sides to seal the parchment packet.

Place side by side on a baking sheet and cook for about 15 minutes, or until fish is opaque. If you have a thicker fillet, you may have to cook it a little longer. Cut open the packet and serve in parchment paper.
