A delicious Southwestern take on a turkey burger. Loaded with pepper jack cheese, fire roasted green chilies and avocado slices.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
In a large bowl combine turkey, onions, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Form into 4 patties and sprinkle with a little more steak seasoning.
Put the burgers onto the hot grill. Grill for about 6 minutes per side, or until cooked all the way through. Add a slice of cheese to the top of each burger in the last minute of grilling. Remove burgers from the grill onto a plate.
Assemble your burgers. Spread some Thousand Island on the inside of the bottom half of your bun, top with a burger, green chilies, avocado, and onions. Add the top bun. Enjoy (with sweet potato wedges)!
