My mom recently gave me this recipe, and it’s incredibly easy, and probably the best chicken I’ve ever made.
Thaw chicken and place in a baking dish. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour (you have to use your judgment on this one—it depends on how big the chicken breasts are and how your oven cooks things).
Cover with French fried onions the last 10 minutes of cooking.
