Description

Super simple and light meal for the warmer weather.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Cooked White Rice
  • 4 ounces, weight Smoked Salmon
  • ½ cups Cooked Green Beans
  • 4 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Toasted Sliced Almonds
  • 4 slices Lime, For Garnish

Preparation

Divide rice into two bowls and top each with half of the salmon and green beans.

In a small bowl, combine lime juice and sesame oil. Heat for 20 seconds in the microwave, stir and drizzle over salmon and green beans. Top with toasted almonds and garnish with lime slices.
