Description

This smoked salmon quiche is to die for!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pie Crust
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • ¾ cups Milk
  • ¾ cups Half-and-half
  • ½ cups Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 whole Green Onions, diced
  • 1-½ cup Smoked Salmon, Flaked Into Bite Size Pieces
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper

Preparation

Partially bake pie crust in a 400-degree oven for about 7 minutes, covered in foil plus an additional 10 minutes uncovered. While crust is baking, in a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, half-and-half, parsley, green onions and salmon. In a small bowl, combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Stir into egg mixture and pour into baked pie crust. Reduce oven to 325 degrees and bake quiche 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

Enjoy!

I made this with some wonderful smoked salmon I bought in Seattle. I changed out the green onion for chives and added basil. Thanks for the recipe! I LOVED!!

I made this yesterday, and threw in a teaspoon or so of prepared horseradish. I love smoked salmon, and am always looking for ways to use it – this is one of the easiest dinners I have put together for a while. I served it with a green salad. It was delicious!!! Will definitely be making this again and again.

I am on such a smoked salmon kick (over the past year!) and this looks absolutely delicious. I want some right now.
