An easy, healthy, and tasty chicken recipe with a wonderful smoky flavor.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Dry off the chicken so that sauce will adhere to it.
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Rub mixture in a fairly thick layer over the entire chicken.
Place on a shallow baking sheet lined with foil. (Optional: Loosely tent the chicken with an additional piece of foil to keep the chicken moist.)
Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
*Splenda can be used in place of the sugar to keep this a low glycemic dish.
