A juicy grilled burger with an explosion of flavor. Even better if served on pretzel rolls.
Preheat gas or charcoal grill.
Combine buffalo meat, steak seasoning, salt, pepper, and diced peppadew peppers.
For each burger, make two thin patties. Place one slice of smoked mozzarella on one patty and top with the other patty, pressing the edges to seal in the mozzarella. Repeat for the other two burgers.
Grill burgers for about 6 minutes on each side or until they have reached desired doneness.
While burgers are grilling, slice each roll and lightly butter. Place under the broiler or on the grill to toast. Top with burgers.
Add any toppings you like. Enjoy.

I love buffalo burgers! So tasty and juicy (when not overcooked). These sound good.
Here in Michigan the only way I can get buffalo is preformed patties, frozen. Actually, the brand carried at Trader Joe is very good.
