A super easy dinner for two that will have your mouth watering the entire time it cooks!
Put onion, celery and green pepper into 3.5L slow cooker.
Combine the next 9 ingredients in a bowl.
Pour over the top of the veggies & cover.
Cook on LOW for 6 -8 hours or on HIGH 3-4 hours.
Add shrimp & stir.
Cook on HIGH for 20-30 minutes until shrimp is heated thoroughly.
Stir well before serving.
Serve over rice.

Delicious! Next time I think I’ll add in some jalepenos to give a little extra bite. And I’ll double the recipe so I can have some leftovers!
