A simple soup full of smoky flavor, greens and cannellini beans.
Place all of the ingredients (except salt and pepper) in the bowl of your slow cooker. Stir to combine. It will appear as if there is too much kale in the bowl. As it cooks, the kale will wilt into the soup. Put the lid on and cook on low for 7 hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
