Beef, beer, broth, bread… My 4 favorite B’s all rolled into 1!
Place sliced onions in the bottom of your crock pot. Season meat with garlic, worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt and put it into the crock pot. Pour beef broth, beer, and soup over meat and onions. Add more garlic, seasoned salt, and worcestershire sauce to taste. Place lid on top and cook in the crock pot for 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
Once done, remove the meat from the liquid, shred meat (you can use two forks for this) and add it back to juices. Let simmer 20-30 minutes so meat can absorb flavors.
Toast your rolls, add cheese, then top with meat and pour your au jus on top and enjoy! YUMMMM!!!
